As OWS transforms the global political landscape, it's time to talk about new ways of doing things within our Peace and Freedom Party, the only working class, feminist, and socialist party on the ballot in California. All those interested in making Peace and Freedom more effective in the coming years are invited to this General Assembly.

The Assembly will start promptly at 1:30pm, preceded by an open meeting of the facilitation committee and end at 3:30pm, unless arrangements are made to extend the time. (Another group has reserved the library for the evening.)

In the morning before the General Assembly, the Institute for the Critical Study of Society at the Niebyl-Proctor Marxist Library will be holding its regular Sunday Morning at the Marxist Library workshop on the topic “Occupation and Revolution: The Oakland Commune,” with invited guests from Occupy Oakland, from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Everyone is invited.

This gathering has NOT been authorized by any official body of the Peace and Freedom Party.
