The following three motions were passed at the 12/15/10 San Francisco County Peace and Freedom Party Central Committee Meeting.
- The Peace and Freedom Party San Francisco County Central Committee protests the San Francisco Civil Service Commission's proposal to attack seniority rights for City Workers in certain departments and supports the Speak-Out on December 20, 2010 at 2:00 PM at SF City Hall, Room 400 sponsored by United Public Workers For Action http://www.upwa.info and rank and file SF City workers.
- The Peace and Freedom Party San Francisco County Central Committee supports protests against the jailing of Julian Assange and Bradley Manning and calls support for their release. The Peace and Freedom Party San Francisco Central Committee condemns the attacks and threats against Julian Asante and defends the right to free speech and the free press.
- The Peace and Freedom Party San Francisco County Central Committee protests the threatened firing of TWU 250-A driver Dorian Maxwell along with the retaliation against other drivers for opposing concessions and for expressing their opposition to anti-labor Proposition G. Further, we protest the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) decision to halt contributions to the trust fund which is used for the membership's families healthcare when drivers are injured on the job and are on workers compensation.
